• Appointments are confirmed once you receive confirmation from us — a submitted request alone doesn't guarantee a booked slot.
• Please arrive or log on promptly for your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session out of respect for the next client.
• We reserve the right to reschedule a session in the event of unforeseen circumstances, and we'll make every effort to offer a suitable alternative time.

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information, including any details relevant to your reading or consultation.

We understand plans change. Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, our general cancellation approach is:

• Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable advance notice are typically not charged a fee.
• Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund or credit.
• Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis — if something doesn't feel right about your session, please reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.

Specific cancellation windows and refund terms for a given offering will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
